Three ways to put your product on our lines

Whether you arrive with a completed tech pack or just a mood board and a target price, there is a defined route to production — with the same factory, the same QC and the same accountability.

Model 01

OEM — you design, we engineer and produce

You own the design and the fit standard. We turn that into a production-ready pattern, a costed bill of materials and consistent bulk output — at the price you agreed, on the date you agreed.

  • Tech pack review in 48 hours. We return a written comment sheet: construction queries, seam and stitch recommendations, fabric alternatives, and anything that will add cost.
  • Pattern making & grading. CAD pattern development, digitised blocks, size grading to your grade rules, and marker nesting to control fabric consumption.
  • Sealed sample before bulk. Nothing goes to the line until you approve a sealed sample with final fabric, trims, labels and finishing.
  • Your standards, documented. Construction spec, measurement chart and workmanship standard are locked into the order file and used by every operator on the line.

What we need from you

  • Technical drawing or clear photo of the style
  • Fabric and trim specification, or the reference garment
  • Size chart and grade rules
  • Target quantity per colour and per size
  • Labelling and packaging requirements

What you get back

  • Costed BOM with fabric options and price breaks
  • Feasibility notes on anything we would change
  • Quoted MOQ, sample lead time and bulk lead time
  • Named merchandiser as your single contact

ODM — start from a pattern that already works

Developing a block from scratch costs money and three rounds of shipping samples. Our ODM library holds 400+ patterns that are already fit-approved and production-proven. You adjust fabric, colour, branding and detail instead of starting from zero.

Faster to first sale

Sampling typically 7 days instead of 3–4 weeks, because fit is already established.

Lower development cost

No pattern and grading fees on library styles — those costs are already absorbed.

Two development drops a year

Spring and autumn capsules with new fabrics, silhouettes and finish options.

Truly private label

Your labels, hangtags, heat transfers, polybags and retail-ready folding.

Model 03

Full-chain — we take the whole problem

For brands running multiple styles across several fabrics, managing five suppliers is where delivery dates die. We consolidate it.

Fabric & trim sourcing

30+ mill partners. Lab dips, bulk colour standards, shrinkage and stretch verification before cutting.

Production management

Cutting, sewing, finishing, pressing and packing. Weekly progress reports with in-line photographs.

Inspection & testing

AQL 2.5 final audit with report and photos. Third-party lab testing coordinated on request.

Export & logistics

Carton marks, barcodes, packing lists, docs. FOB, CIF or DDP with our forwarder partners.
