Why brands place repeat orders

A factory that behaves like an extension of your product team

Most sourcing problems are not about price. They are about samples that miss the brief, MOQs that do not fit a test run, and delivery dates that slip. We are structured around removing those three risks.

Low MOQ, real production

Start at 300 pcs per style per colour — the same lines, the same QC and the same pattern team we use for 20,000-piece programmes. Test the market without over-committing.

7-day sampling

Our in-house sample room and pattern makers turn a tech pack into a sealed sample in about a week, with a fit comment round built into the schedule.

One partner, full chain

Fabric sourcing, trims, embroidery, printing, wash, finishing, packing and export documentation — coordinated under one roof and one PO.

Compliance-ready

BSCI-audited workplace, OEKO-TEX and GRS certified materials, REACH and CPSIA test reports on request. Your buyers' compliance team gets answers, not delays.

How we work with you

Three engagement models. Same factory floor.

Model 01

OEM — Build to your spec

You send a tech pack, a reference sample or a competitor garment. We engineer the pattern, source the fabric, and produce to your construction and fit standards.

  • Tech pack review & costed BOM within 3 days
  • Pattern making, grading and marker optimisation
  • Sealed sample approved before bulk
  • Size grading to your grade rules (US / EU / JP)
Model 03

Full-chain — Fabric to port

For brands running several styles at once: we take responsibility from yarn and fabric sourcing through bulk, inspection, packing and export documentation.

  • Fabric development with 30+ mill partners
  • AQL 2.5 final inspection with report & photos
  • Export packing, carton mark, barcode & EAN compliance
  • FOB / CIF / DDP with forwarder coordination

Inside the factory

One facility, start to finish

Cutting, sewing, finishing and packing all happen under our own roof. Nothing is brokered out mid-production, which is why we can hold a delivery date and answer for it.

  • 12 sewing lines — flatlock, overlock, coverstitch, lockstitch and bartack stations
  • Auto-spreading & CNC cutting with marker nesting to control fabric consumption
  • In-house sample room — 18 pattern makers and sample machinists
  • On-site finishing — heat transfer, screen print, embroidery, bonding and seam sealing
  • Own QC lab — colour continuity, shrinkage, pilling and seam strength testing

Quality & compliance

Checked at five points, not just at the end

Final inspection catches defects. In-line inspection prevents them. Our QC team sits on the floor from fabric receipt to carton sealing.

  • Incoming fabric — shade, weight, shrinkage and stretch verification against approved standard
  • Cut & bundle — piece count, ply accuracy, shade grouping
  • In-line (100%) — seam, stitch density, measurement and symmetry checks at every station
  • Pre-final — full measurement audit on 10% of output, plus fit review on form
  • Final AQL 2.5 — defect classification, carton audit, photo report, metal detection where required

Buyer questions

The things sourcing managers ask first

300 pieces per style per colour for most categories, with a 600-piece minimum per order total. Reorders of an approved style can go as low as 200 pieces. For hardshell jackets and bonded constructions the MOQ is 500 pieces because of seam-sealing tooling and fabric minimums.
Fit samples run USD 60–150 each depending on fabric and construction, and the cost is credited back against your bulk order. Lead time is 7–10 working days for fit samples, 12–15 days for sealed samples with full trims and finishing. One round of fit revision is included.
Standard terms are 30% deposit with the purchase order and 70% against the bill of lading copy. For repeat customers we can move to 30/70 against inspection report, or open-account terms after three completed orders.
Bulk production is typically 30–45 days from deposit and approved sample, depending on category and quantity. Add 7–10 days for sampling at the start and 3–5 days for inspection and export documentation. We confirm the exact date in the quotation, not after you pay.
Yes. We quote FOB, CIF and DDP. For DDP we work with a small set of forwarders who handle duty and clearance into the US, EU, UK and Australia. We will show you the landed cost breakdown so you can compare it with your own forwarder.
We sign an NDA before any technical discussion, and we do not show customer designs, patterns or samples to other clients. Your patterns and markers stay in your file and are not reused. We do not produce competing styles for other buyers from your tooling.
Yes — main labels, care labels, size labels, hangtags, heat-transfer branding, polybags, barcode/EAN stickers, and retail-ready folding. You supply artwork; we handle sampling of labels and confirm placement on the sealed sample.
Absolutely, and we prefer it. Most buyers come for a day of line review, fabric library review and sample fitting. We can arrange airport pickup and a bilingual merchandiser for the visit. Third-party audits are also welcome.
