Questions buyers ask on the first call

No. Reviewing a tech pack, proposing fabrics and quoting a price is free. You only pay when you order a sample.
Yes, and it is common. Send a sketch, a mood board or two competitor garments and we will propose a direction, an approximate price band and the questions you still need to answer.
Yes. Send yours, or ask for ours. We sign before any technical or design discussion and we do not show your work to other clients.
That is the normal process. Almost every programme starts with one or two samples. Sample cost is credited back against the bulk order.
Yes. Our MOQ of 300 pieces per style exists precisely so a first collection is affordable. We will also tell you honestly if your target price or quantity does not work with a given fabric.
Yes, and we encourage it. Visitors get a line walk-through, fabric library review and a sample fitting. Video walkthroughs are available if travel is not practical.
