Cutting, sewing, finishing, inspection and packing all happen in our own 12,000 m² building. Nothing is brokered out mid-production — which is why a delivery date here means something.
We are deliberately not the largest supplier in the region. At our size, every order gets the attention of the factory manager, and buyers who visit deal directly with the people who run the lines.
Each department below is staffed and equipped in-house. If a step is on this list, we do not hand it to a third party and hope.

Colour continuity under controlled light, shrinkage, pilling, seam strength, stretch and recovery, plus squat-proof opacity testing.

Monthly capacity is roughly 100,000 pieces across all categories, but the realistic figure depends on construction. A basic tee and a taped hardshell take very different line time.
Spring/summer programmes book out 3–4 months ahead of the shipping window. If you are targeting a February shipment, talk to us by October.
Once a PO and deposit are in, your line time is blocked in the production plan and does not move for a larger order placed later.
We do not subcontract bulk sewing without written client approval. If capacity genuinely requires it, you are told before it happens, and the site is audited.
Buyers who visit make better decisions and get better production, because we both know exactly what was agreed. Most visits take one day and cover line review, fabric library and sample fitting.
